User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for uploading, sharing, importing, and executing packages, and for verifying security, compatibility, and legal compliance in your own environment.
Third-Party Rights Warranty
You represent and warrant that you own or have permission for uploaded content and that your uploads do not violate third-party rights.
No Platform Control over Package Safety
Braintrade stores and distributes packages only. It does not guarantee package safety, quality, legality, or fitness for purpose.
No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Braintrade is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for technical, financial, data, or consequential damages resulting from package use.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Braintrade and its operators for claims, losses, and costs arising from your uploads, use, or violations of these Terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by German law, with mandatory EU consumer protections preserved where applicable.
Changes and Re-Acceptance
When Terms or Privacy versions change materially, write operations can require explicit re-acceptance of current versions.
